Lizzie’s Cucina invites guests to an intimate and thoughtfully curated fine dining experience, On the Routes of Baccalà, where London meets the culinary heritage of Venezia.
Taking place on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 7pm, the evening centres around the rich tradition of baccalà, exploring its history and flavour through a refined menu inspired by Venetian cuisine. The experience is designed as more than just a meal, offering a journey into the culture and storytelling behind this iconic dish.
The evening will feature special guest Franco Favaretto of the Dogale Confraternita del Baccalà Mantecato, working alongside Chef Carmelo Carnevale both in the kitchen and in conversation with guests.
Each course will be complemented by carefully selected wines from distinctive vineyards, enhancing the depth and character of the menu.
Priced at £65 per person, this unique event brings together tradition, expertise, and authentic Italian flavours in the warm setting of Lizzie’s Cucina.
